Describe what you understand be effective business communication such as letters, seminars, interview and like others.
Discuss the factors that effect business communication in upward, downward and horizontal communication.

Discuss the “correctness of information” in business report. How is the correctness of information achieved in business communication?
4.
Give a detailed analysis of the oral presentation of business report.
5.
Discuss the communication process.
6.
As the manager of a bank write a letter to the head office for opening a new branch in the neighboring small town.
7.
What do you mean by feasibility report? Prepare a detailed report supporting a loan application for TK. 30 million.
8.
Write a letter to the CEO of a bank in the U.K. requesting him to pay his personal attention in the matter of non-realization of proceeds of some export bills of your bank.
9.
Write a letter to the Deputy Government of Bangladesh Bank to consider the incredibly high rate of call money, which effects adversely the economy of the country.
10.
Write short notes on any four of the following: -

b) Probationary Officer;
c) Wage Earner Scheme;
d) A bearer cheque and a crossed cheque;
e) Board meeting;
f) Treasury bill.
