When communication is done basing on language, it is called verbal
communication. It is the principal communication idea used by the organizations
to perform their day-to-day functions. The executives and the employees spend
their maximum time in word or language based communication.
Different authors have defined verbal communications in different
ways.
In the words of Bovee his associates, "Verbal communication is
the expression of information through language, using words and grammar".
Bartol and Martin says, "Verbal communication is the written or
oral use of words to communication."
In fine, it can be said that verbal communication is the exchange of
ideas, wishes, feelings, attitudes etc. as information through written or oral
use of words. That is, it may take place through use of words both-spoken or
written. Verbal communication may take the form of oral communication, written
